Services

anginketemu.link provides SEO and digital marketing services that may include PBN backlinks, backlink placements, link-building campaigns, SEO consulting, website promotion, and other services described on our Website or in an individual quotation.

The exact scope of each order, including the number of backlinks, target URLs, keywords, anchor text, placement requirements, delivery timeframe, pricing, and any replacement terms, will depend on the package purchased or agreement reached with the client.

Services not specifically included in an order may require additional fees.

No Guaranteed Google Rankings

Search-engine rankings depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithm updates, competitor activity, website quality, content, technical SEO, domain history, industry conditions, indexing decisions, and changes made to a client's website.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, Page 1 positions, traffic increases, leads, sales, revenue, indexing, or any particular search-engine result.

Our obligation is to provide the agreed SEO or backlink deliverables, not to guarantee a particular business or search-engine outcome. This approach is consistent with common SEO service terms because search engines are independent third parties and their ranking systems can change without notice. 

PBN and Backlink Services

PBN and backlink services may involve links placed on websites or domains used for SEO and link-building purposes.

Specific domains, websites, placement locations, anchor text, and other campaign details may be subject to availability. If a requested placement becomes unavailable, we may provide a reasonably comparable alternative where appropriate.

SEO metrics such as domain authority, domain rating, organic traffic, indexing status, or other third-party measurements can change after an order is completed. We do not guarantee that such metrics will remain unchanged.

Search engines may ignore, devalue, remove, or otherwise evaluate backlinks differently at any time. We are not responsible for search-engine algorithm changes or decisions relating to backlinks.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information required to complete an order, including target URLs, keywords, anchor-text preferences, website information, and other campaign requirements.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide any content, trademarks, images, URLs, or other materials supplied to us.

Clients must not knowingly use our services to promote unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or abusive websites or content.

Orders and Payments

Prices and payment requirements will be communicated before an order is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before work begins.

Once an order has been paid for and work has commenced, cancellation may not automatically qualify for a refund because research, campaign preparation, domain selection, content creation, and placement work may already have been performed.

Additional services or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary due to third-party website availability, technical issues, content requirements, publisher decisions, domain changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

After completing an order, we may provide a report or other confirmation describing the delivered services.

Link Replacement

If a delivered backlink becomes unavailable, any replacement will be handled according to the replacement terms applicable to the purchased package.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee that every backlink will remain permanently live or indexed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of completion.

Completed backlink placements, delivered reports, completed SEO work, or services already performed may not be eligible for a refund.

If we are unable to fulfill an order according to the agreed scope, we may, where appropriate, provide a replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution.

Third-Party Websites

Our services may involve third-party websites, domains, hosting providers, publishing platforms, or other external services.

We do not own or control these third parties and cannot guarantee their continued availability, ownership, content, indexing, traffic, SEO metrics, or policies.

We are not responsible for changes made by third parties after a service has been delivered.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.

Our internal SEO strategies, methodologies, systems, processes, databases, campaign techniques, and proprietary resources remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any specific deliverables supplied to a client will be subject to the ownership and usage terms agreed for the applicable service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, anginketemu.link will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our Website or services, including loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, profits, customers, or business opportunities.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Website or services for unlawful activities, fraud, malware distribution, infringement of third-party rights, or activities that could harm our Website, systems, clients, or third parties.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate an order that presents legal, security, or operational risks.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, provides materially misleading information, or uses our services for unlawful purposes.

Fees for services completed before termination remain payable unless otherwise agreed.
